Perry – Tammy A. O’Herron, 29, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at Macon Northside Hospital. Services will be held at 6:00 PM on Saturday, March 12, 2005 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation will be Saturday, March 12, 2005 following the service at McCullough Funeral Home.

Tammy was born in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was a member of Bonaire Church of Christ. She also attended Warner Robins High School.

Survivors include her husband, Heath O’Herron; daughter, Heather Savannah O’Herron, Perry, Georgia; fathers, Kelly Boothe, Warner Robins, Georgia; Eddie O'Herron, Perry; mother and step-father, Danny and Nadine Hubert Warner Robins, Georgia; mother and step-father, Roy and Penny Ray, Warner Robins;grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Connell, Nashville, Georgia; brothers, Daniel Hubert, Warner Robins; Christopher Hubert, Warner Robins; Kelly Dean Boothe, Perry, Georgia; grandmothers, Peggy Boothe, Warner Robins; Jean Hubert, Davenport, Iowa; several nieces and nephews.
