Tammy Sue Ray Floyd, 56, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 23, 2018.
Tammy was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico on May 3, 1961. She graduated from Warner Robins High School in 1979 and earned a paralegal degree from Mercer University. Tammy enjoyed working for David Mincey, Attorney for several years before working for KFC and most recently, Perdue Farms. She loved the sun and beach, but being a mother to her three children was her greatest joy.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Coreen O. Ray.
Tammy’s memory will forever be treasured by her loving children, Tuesday Morgan Floyd of Byron, Hunter Lewis Floyd (Taylor) of St. Augustine, Florida, and Chandler Michael Floyd of Centerville; grandson, Indy Everett Floyd; father, MSgt. Bert Ray, Sr., USAF (Ret.) of Macon; and siblings, Robert Andrews of Tianjin, China, Rev. Bert Ray, Jr. of Woodbridge, Virginia, and Janet Ray Ward of Forsyth.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 28, 2018, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A celebration of Tammy’s life will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Dr. Mark Hudgins officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Tammy to Central Georgia Cancer Care, 114 Sutherlin Dr., C-1, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
