Tag Greathouse, 48, entered into rest on Sunday, May 8, 2016.
Tag was born on October 25, 1967 in Fort Valley, Georgia and was of the Methodist faith. Living most of his life in the Peach County Area, he played football for the Peach County High School Trojans and then for the Perry High School Panthers. But, he was first and foremost a University of Georgia Bulldog fan. A skilled electrician by trade, Tag was known as a prankster with a unique sense of humor. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help any person or animal in need. Tag loved his family above all and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He leaves his memory behind with his loving parents, Elaine Park (John) of Byron and Terry Greathouse (Debbie) of Perry; brother, Thomas Shadrick "Shea" Greathouse (Angie) of Byron; stepbrothers, Jeremy Dupuis of Hawkinsville and Fred Dupuis (Ashlee) of Perry; nephews, Robert Glenn Greathouse and Hunter Dupuis; niece, Aubree Dupuis; longtime girlfriend, Diane Hyatt of Byron; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be Tuesday, May 10th from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 11th in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Following the service, Tag will be laid to rest in Oaklawn Cemetery, Fort Valley.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Terry "Tag" Greathouse to your favorite charity.
