Theresa Ann Harper, 62, of Warner Robins, Georgia, passed in the loving presence of her family on Saturday, October 21, 2017, at the Heart of Georgia Hospice Center in Perry, Georgia.
Terry was born February 12, 1955 the daughter of Robert Neil Clarke, Sr. and Barbara Ann Clarke. She was a graduate of Dover Delaware High School and attended Wesley College, Delaware. Growing up the daughter of a United States Air Force pilot, she traveled the world with her family. She believed in serving others, was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution service organization. Terry was a leader and “band mother” to hundreds of youth as President of the Northside High School Blue Wind Band Booster Club. A woman of many talents, her hobbies included genealogy, Florida State football, and NASCAR.
She is survived by her husband, William Stephen “Steve” Harper, Sr.; parents, Robert Neil Clarke, Sr. and Barbara Ann Clarke; brother, Robert Neil Clarke, Jr.; children, Megan Harper Von Almen and William Stephen Harper, Jr.; grandchildren, Nicholas and Charlotte Von Almen; a niece and two nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held in her honor at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at the First Christian Church of Warner Robins with Rev. Darrell Vandervort officiating. The family will be available for visitation at 2:30 p.m. A reception to celebrate her life will be held immediately following the service in Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Dr., Warner Robins, GA 31088.
McCullough Funeral Home and Crematory has the privilege of being entrusted with Mrs. Harper’s arrangements.
