Thomas Stephen Ladue

Thomas Stephen LaDue passed away on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at his residence. He was 58 years old.

Thomas was born on May 7, 1962, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was the son of Patricia “Penny” LaDue and the late Albert George LaDue. Along with his family, Thomas lived in various places to include Colorado, Ohio, New Hampshire, Texas, Montana, Guam, California, Kansas, and finally Georgia, as his father courageously served in the United States Air Force. Thomas studied at Middle Georgia College before earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of West Georgia. Following his father’s example, Thomas also served in the armed forces. He first enlisted in the United States Army before serving in the National Guard. After his time in the service ended, he worked as an Information Technology Specialist for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). A man with an extraordinary memory, Thomas enjoyed sports and could recall many players from different sports along with their stats. He will be deeply missed by all.

His memory will forever be treasured by his mother, Patricia “Penny” LaDue of Warner Robins; siblings, Theresa Morgan (Monty) of Ponder, Texas; and Edward LaDue of Rex; nephews, Tanner Morgan of Carrollton, Texas; and Clay Morgan (Sarah) of McKenney, Texas.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, March 19, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The memorial service celebrating his life will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. with Monsignor Fred Nijem officiating. Thomas’ inurnment will take place at a later date in Andersonville National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Thomas Stephen LaDue to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Building Fund, 300 S. Davis Drive, Ste. 300, Warner Robins, Georgia 31088.
