Tommie Milburn Mathis

Tommie Milburn Mathis, 73, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2021, at the Summerhill Senior Living Community in Perry, Georgia.

Mr. Mathis was born on November 6, 1947, in Nashville, Georgia, to the late Clarence and Dorothy Mathis. He proudly served his country in the United States Army before retiring as a civilian from Robins Air Force Base. After Mr. Mathis retired, he enjoyed meeting his friends every morning at the McDonald’s in Walmart on Watson Boulevard. He was a member of Second Baptist Church.

His memory will forever be treasured by his brother, Leroy Mathis (Floriece); nephew, Allen Mathis; and nieces, Valeria Mathis and Jennifer Mathis.
