Tracy Billings Kimball, 56, passed away at Houston Medical Center, on Wednesday, July 29, 2020.
A Middle Georgia native, Tracy was born in Warner Robins. She was the daughter of Janice Lee Morgan and the late Carl W. Billings, Jr. Tracy graduated in 1982 from Northside High School. She then went on to study pharmaceuticals at CAPPS College in Montgomery, Alabama, and proudly graduated Summa Cum Laude. Tracy made a career working as a pharmaceutical technician at CVS before her retirement.She enjoyed making crafts, finding antique treasures, and anything related to history. Tracy’s favorite spot to vacation and let her hair down was Edisto Beach in South Carolina. She was funny and loved to make people laugh. Her own laugh was rather contagious! Tracy also loved animals, especially dogs, and volunteered at the Houston County Humane Society. She enjoyed watching the Georgia Bulldogs play, “Go Dawgs!”. Tracy was of the Baptist faith. She had a huge heart and will be remembered for being someone you could always count on.
In addition to her father, Tracy was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Stephen Kimball; maternal grandparents. Ruby and L.C. Lee; and paternal grandparents, Nettie and Carl Billings, Sr.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Joshua Stephen Kimball of Warner Robins; Jacob Lee Kimball of Bonaire; Caitlin Elizabeth Kimball of Pensacola, Florida; fiancé, Michael David Harris of Warner Robins; brother, Robert Carl Billings of Bonaire; mother, Janice L. Morgan of Bonaire; uncle, Bobby C. Lee (Dotti) of Lemoore, California; cousins, Richard Lee (Fran) Lemoore, California; Robert Lee (Christine) of Hanford, California; and special friends and family members, Debbie and Al Webb, Nicole and Justin Bickford, Jerry Williams, and Laurie Yeager.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020, at Andersonville National Cemetery where Mrs. Kimball will be laid to rest.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Tracy Billings Kimball to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
