Tsgt. Arthur Lyn Wilson, Usaf (Ret.)

Lyn Wilson passed away on the afternoon of Sunday, May 13, 2018.

Born in Stuttgart, Arkansas on July 6, 1956, Lyn was the son of the late Buddy and O’Dell Frizzell Wilson. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of Tech Sergeant in 1996. Following his military career, Lyn was self-employed as a truck driver. Between his military endeavors and driving his truck, he was able to travel to all 50 states. Lyn was a devoted husband, father, and grandpa. Spending time at home with his family was where he was the happiest.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of 40 years, Aecha Chong Wilson of Warner Robins; son, David Wilson (Lisa) of Yatesville, Georgia; daughters, Laiea Robinson (Kevin) of Warner Robins and Teela Millwood (Nathan) of Bonaire; grandchildren, Haylee, Kearstin, Sadie, Josiah, Lily, Jace and Bryce; siblings, Mary Ann Wilson and Kyle Wilson; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family living in Arkansas.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 17, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 18, 2018 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. After the service, Lyn will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens with Full Military Honors.

McCullough Funeral Home has the privilege of being entrusted with Mr. Wilson’s arrangements.
