Tsgt. Bobby Forzetting, Usaf (Ret.)

In the early morning hours of Friday, August 5, 2016, Bobby Forzetting, 81, went to be with the Lord. At the Heart of Georgia Inpatient Center in Perry, Georgia, with his beloved family by his side.

Bobby was born on February 19, 1935 in Elkins, West Virginia to the late Oran and Eaddie Hodges. He proudly served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years, before retiring of Tech Sergeant. Bobby had a passion for mechanical work, following his military career, he began his career at the Houston County Board of Education. He dedicated many years as the school bus shop foreman. In his spare time Bobby enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his beloved family.

Along with his parents, his loving wife, Linda Cadwell Forzetting, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his daughters, Kim Plunkett of Kathleen; and Roberta Evans of Montrose; son, Robert Forzetting of East Dublin; step-daughter, Tracy Deal of Brooklet; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation with Bobby's family will be Sunday, August 7, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 8, 2016 in Magnolia Park Mausoleum with full military honors. Gene Saunders will officiate.
