Tsgt Henry Elbert Roberts, Usaf (Ret).

Henry Roberts, 85, entered into rest on Monday, May 30, 2016.

Henry was born on December 11, 1930 in Perry, Florida. With pride and honor he served his country in the United States Air Force for twenty-three years. Henry spent most of his life in Warner Robins and worked as a truck driver for a short period of time. A family man, he adored his grandchildren and great grandchildren who affectionately referred to him as "Papa".

His parents, William and Effie Roberts; children, Charles Roberts and Peggy Sue Spence and siblings, Floyd Clifford Roberts, Lloyd Clifton Roberts, Versie Mae Roberts Roath, Eloise Roberts Krell, Voncille Roberts Martin and William Albert Roberts preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of sixty-one years, Betty Lou Roberts; children, Vickie Roberts and Larry Roberts (Lisa) both of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jason Spence (Jenn), Lane Spence (Jennifer), David Roberts, Charles Roberts, Jr., Justin Roberts and Heather Roberts; great grandchildren, Logan, Levi and Landon Spence; Hunter, Chase, Jackson, Avery and Beckett Spence; Sean, Samuel and Aaron Roberts; Michael, Cory and Cole; Jasey Roberts and brother, Clyde Roberts (Beth) and sister-in-law, Bobbi Roberts.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Afterwards, Henry Roberts will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
