TSgt. Rickey Harris Coulter, 61, entered into eternal life Thursday, February 12, 2009, after a brief illness.
Mr. Coulter was born on June 16, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana. After graduating from high school, he served his country with pride and honor in the United States Air Force as an Air Transportation Supervisor and a Financial Management and Services Supervisor; he earned multiple awards including a Vietnam Service Medal, a National Defense Service Medal and an Air Force Outstanding Unit Award. While in the service, he also received an Associate Degree from Los Angeles City College. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1986 and entered the insurance business. His parents, George Harley Coulter and Laura Evaline Shinn Coulter, preceded him in death.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of thirty-nine years, Nenita V.Coulter; daughter, Natasha Hall (Robbie), Pfafftown, North Carolina; son, Robert Coulter, Warner Robins; grandchildren, Robert Coulter, Jr., Madison Hall, Robert Hall, Jr., Mason Coulter, Ethan Hall and Connor Coulter.
Visitation will be Monday, February 16, 2009 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February, 17, 2009 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Father John Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Andersonville National Cemetery with full military honors. Memorial donations may be given to Sacred Heart Catholic Church - Building Fund, 300 S. Davis Drive, Warner Robins GA 31099.
