Tsgt Stephen Roy ''Steve'' Ross, Usaf (Ret)

Stephen Roy ''Steve'' Ross, 65, entered into rest on Sunday, December 15, 2013.

Steve was born on September 11, 1948 in Wisner, Nebraska and was of the Lutheran faith. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force serving two tours of duty in Vietnam and retired after twenty-one years of service with the rank of Tech Sergeant. He went on to retire after twenty-three years of Civil Service with Robins Air Force Base. Steve was a resident of Warner Robins since 1973. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and loved to tinker with anything and everything.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Linda Ross, Warner Robins, Georgia; children, Kenny Ivester, Michael Ross (Stephanie) and Bryan Ross, all of Warner Robins, Georgia, Stephen Roy Ross II (Brooke), Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Colleen Tracy (Dave), Chattanooga, Tennessee; seven grandchildren, Justin, Austin, Tara, Lauren, Kyle, Brice, and Lily Claire; brother, Dennis Raymond Ross (Bonnie), Wisner, Nebraska; and many loving nieces and nephews. Steve's parents, Raymond Hans Ross and Norma Jean Watson Ross, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 18, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery.
