Tyler Carter Shaw Renn

Tyler Shaw Renn, 17, entered into rest on Monday, May 12, 2008

Tyler was born on March 18, 1991 in Conyers, GA. He was a junior at Warner Robins High School and a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was a member of the WRHS Soccer Team and the CGSA U-17 select "Strikers" soccer club. Tyler's love for soccer brought him many friends throughout the state of Georgia, as he has played with several different teams. Tyler's skill at defense on the field was evident in his life also. He remained extremely shy and understated in his actions. Yet, those who met him quickly grew to love his presence and found him to be an incredibly dependable friend. Tyler's quiet confidence and generous spirit will live on, as he had previously elected to donate his organs to others in need upon his death. Several of his organs have already been used to save lives.

His memory will forever be treasured by parents Jeff and Marcie Shaw of Warner Robins and his brothers Parker, Connor and Davis; his mother, Teri Renn- Bailey of McDonough, his brother and sister there, Darian and Alana; grandparents, Annie and Jerry Scarbrough, Alan and Jeanne White, Mary Brown and Gary Renn.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church. The family suggest donations be made in lieu of flowers to Christ United Methodist Church Building Fund or to the Central Georgia Soccer Association's Development Fund.
