Virginia Geneva Evans

Virginia “Jinks” Geneva Evans, 83, passed away on Friday, August 6, 2004 at Houston Medical Center. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, August 9, at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service McCullough Funeral Home.

A loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother Mrs. Evans was the co-founder and secretary of Grandma’s Tea Party Bowling League for 30 years. She loved to travel. Preceding her in death were her mother, Mable Barnett and father, Albert Bobbette.

Survivors include, husband of 60 years, LeRoy Evans, Warner Robins; children, Bonnie Seabolt, Centerville; Gary Evans (Susie), California; Ron Evans, Pennsylvania; Susan Sims, Warner Robins; Debbie Powell (James), Warner Robins; Holly Pearce (Tom), Warner Robins; four brothers; seven sisters; 15 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
