August 15, 1953 — January 28, 2025

Bonaire

Wanda Gale Gann, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at home on January 28, 2025, with her devoted daughters by her side.

Born on August 15, 1953, in Wichita Falls, Texas, Wanda was the cherished daughter of Marnie and Irma Cook (Blankers) of Electra, Texas. Wanda lived a life filled with love, laughter, and music. Her warm spirit and passion for singing karaoke brought joy to countless gatherings. Her greatest pride and joy, however, were her three beloved grandchildren: Malia, Ashon, and Jackson.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Maria Reid; her brother, Alfred Cook; her beloved husband of 35 years, Tim Gann; and her son, Randell Duren.

She is survived by a loving family who will cherish her memory: her sisters, Wilma Boone (Eric) of The Woodlands, Texas, and Marlene Armstrong (Tony) of Oklahoma City; her brothers, Mike Cook (Robin), James Cook, and Don Cook, all of Dallas, Texas; and her sister-in-law, Rhonda Gann of Hampton, Georgia. Wanda’s devoted daughters, April Ennis of Byron and Michelle Duren (Josh) of Warner Robins, will carry forward her legacy of love and strength.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 2:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. at The Farmhouse located directly behind McCullough Funeral Home. Wanda Gale Gann will be laid to rest privately.
