On the morning of Tuesday, May 15, 2018, Bill Leary, 54, passed away at the Houston Medical Center.
Bill was born on April 24, 1964 in Fairmont, West Virginia to James and Mary Leary. He worked for 35 years in Machine Repair at Anchor Glass. Additionally, he served as a Georgia Demolay advisor. Bill enjoyed spending time at the beach, eating out, and was always up for an adventure. However, his greatest joy came from time spent with his beloved family.
His memory will forever be treasured by his wife, Cathy Leary of Byron; children, Carl Leary (Katie) of Braselton, Andrew Meeks (Brandie) of Warner Robins, Crystal Leary of Warner Robins, John Martin of Jackson, Nicole Drennan (Joe) of Columbus; 8 grandchildren; and siblings, Kathy Holland (Jonathan) of Warner Robins and Kenny Leary (Kelli) of Kathleen.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of McCullough. After the service, Bill will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Mausoleum.
