William Blake Greene, Jr., 54, beloved son, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend died Thursday, August 3, 2017, of complications of Myotonic Dystrophy, surrounded by his loving family. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 8, 2017, at The Prayer Garden Mausoleum at Magnolia Park Cemetery, 205 S. Pleasant Hill Road, Warner Robins.
Blake graduated from Northside High School, Warner Robins, and attended Macon Jr. College and Middle Georgia College. He had a lifetime love of all sports and was a faithful fan of the Falcons, Braves, and Georgia Bulldogs.
Blake was preceded in death by his Father, William Blake Greene, Sr. He leaves behind his Mother, Saralyn Stripling Greene, Warner Robins; Step Mother, Linda Greene, Macon; Sisters, Tracy Greene Montfort (Michael), Atlanta; Cathy Greene Swatzlander, Byron; Laura Greene (Tish), Forsythe; Gail Greene Morris (Jesse), Macon; brother, Greg Greene (Barbara), Centerville; Aunt Mary Evelyn Stripling, Savannah; and nieces and nephews, Dustin Greene, Ashlie and Andy Ball, Brandi Scott and Mandi O’Conner.
An informal reception will be held after the service at 203 Williamsburg Ave, Warner Robins.
