William Douglas ''Doug'' Collins

William Douglas ''Doug'' Collins, 65, entered into rest on Wednesday, February 5, 2014.

William was born on May 8, 1948 in Lyons, Georgia. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and retired from Sears after many dedicated years. His son, Brent Collins; parents, Thomas Harvey Collins, Jr. and Evelyn Duckworth Collins; and brother, Thomas Lamar Collins, preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Jay Collins of Las Vegas, Nevada and Tiffany Collins of Macon; grandchildren, Jesse, Journee and Christian; siblings, Ron Collins and Brenda O'Brien, both of Warner Robins; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins; daughter-in-law, Julie Willis; and special friend, Sandra Collins Thomas.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2014 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private.
