William E. ''Bill'' Campbell

March 21, 1932 — February 4, 2003

William E. “Bill” Campbell, 70, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2003 at his residence. Graveside services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, February 7 in Parkway Memorial Gardens, with the Reverend Gray officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Faith in Action Pentecostal Church, 1908 Elberta RD, Warner Robins, GA 31093, or to Hospice of Houston County, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Born in Toombs County, GA, Mr. Campbell was retired from civil service at Robins Air Force Base. He served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was a member of Faith in Action Pentecostal Church of Warner Robins. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Buck and Ellie Dukes Campbell, and brother, Silas M. Campbell.

Survivors include his wife, Cecile Wells Campbell, Warner Robins; daughters, Deborah Jones and Belinda Campbell, both of Warner Robins, and Wanda L. Campbell, Byron; sons, William David Campbell, Cochran, and James W. Campbell, Warner Robins; 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
