William E. ''Bill'' Zurick, 79, entered into rest on Wednesday, May 22, 2013.
Bill was born on December 30, 1933 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late John Andrew Zurick and Anna Marie O'Brian Zurick. With pride and honor, he served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam Era before retiring with the rank of Tech Sergeant after twenty years of service. After his military career, Bill devoted another twenty years to Anchor Glass and retired from there as well. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and was a very accomplished and renowned artist.
His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Patricia "Pat" Zurick of Warner Robins; daughters, Carole Zurick Radney and Caren Zurick Livingston, both of Warner Robins; grandchildren, Jonathan Radney (Taylor), Cara Radney, Cristin, Amiee, and Mindi Lee Livingston; great-grandchildren, Paige, Colton, Austin, Alexis, and Kelsey; siblings, Mary Ellen Henderson of Virginia, Bobby Zurick of California, and Joe Zurick of Pennsylvania; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 23, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2013 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with a committal service following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will accept flowers, or donations may be given to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
