William Eugene Brown

William Eugene Brown, 70, entered into rest on Wednesday, October 6, 2010.

Mr. Brown was born on April 26, 1940 in Macon, Georgia. William, a resident of Warner Robins since 1944, attended Warner Robins High School. He worked in management at various grocery and retail stores throughout the years. His son, William Eugene Brown, Jr., parents; George H. Brown and Elizabeth Barkley Bell, and brother; Robert H. Brown, all preceded him in death.

His memory will forever be treasured by his children, Kathy Brown Fair, Birmingham, AL; Michael Brown, Destin, FL; Suzie Brown, Panama City Beach, FL; grandchildren; Hunter Fair, Randi Lauren Brown, Jon Austin Kervin; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ellen and Gordon Barnes, Perry, GA; former spouse, Diane Carnes Brown, Panama City Beach, FL; several nieces and nephews; and so many other loving relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 11, 2010 in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. Reverend Thad Haygood will officiate. The family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday morning until service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations to Meals on Wheels, 119 Vicki Lynn Drive, Warner Robins, GA 31093 or Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive Warner Robins, GA 31088.
