William Eugene Wisenbaker, Sr.

William Eugene Wisenbaker, Sr., 65, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at the Warner Robins Rehabilitation Center.

Born on November 27, 1955, William was the son of the late Fred Wisenbaker, Sr. and Peggy Jacks Schmitter. He graduated from Mary Persons High School where he was a talented football player before going on to study Architectural Drafting at Gordon Military College. After his education was completed, William enlisted in the United States Navy and courageously served two tours. William then went to work for his father at their family’s mobile home business until his father sadly passed away. William’s most recent career path was in construction.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Leon Wisenbaker.

His memory will forever be treasured by his son, Gene Wisenbaker, Jr.; siblings, Fred Wisenbaker, Jr., Marie Arndt, and Chris Wisenbaker; as well as several beloved nieces and nephews.
