William Herman Wills

William Herman Wills, 72, passed away on Sunday September 5, 2004. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, at River of Light Church of God. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 7, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.

Mr. Wills was born November 19, 1931 in Bonaire where he was raised. He graduated from Bonaire High School and served in the United States Air Force.

As a builder, he was instrumental in the early development of Warner Robins. Mr. Wills was a charter member of WRING and active in several local clubs and organizations.

The son of George Barney and Callie Belle Wills, he was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, father-in-law and brother.

Survivors include wife, Linda Wills, Warner Robins; three daughters, Heather McElroy, Grayson, GA; Donna Fransen, Mt. Juliet, TN; and Kaye Simmons, Warner Robins; a son, Rusty Wills; grandchildren, Victoria Russell; Jordan Russell; Callie McElroy; and Olivia Fransen; a brother, Benny Wills, Bonaire; two sisters, Virginia Howard, Warner Robins; and Barbara Ann Hoover, Huntington Beach, CA.
