William Hilton Morey

Mr. William Hilton Morey, 51, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.

The son of Barbara Dickert Morey and James Morey, Bill was born on Torrejón Air Base in Madrid, Spain. He lived in several places growing up to include Laredo, Texas; Robins Air Force Base, Georgia; Las Vegas, Nevada; and Fort Walton Beach, Florida, all while Bill’s father served in the United States Air Force. In 1986, the family settled in Warner Robins. Bill graduated from Warner Robins High School the following year. He attended the University of Georgia before embarking on a 17-year long career as a Managing Partner for Carrabba’s Italian Grill.

In his spare time, he enjoyed coaching his son in baseball, spending time with his children, and golfing and fishing. A devout Christian and member of Southside Baptist Church, Mr. Morey was also an avid fan of Georgia Bulldogs football.

Bill’s memory will forever be treasured by wife, Dina Morey; and children, Olivia and Lucas Morey, all of Warner Robins; siblings, Kim Morey Rogers (Mike) of Kathleen, and Travis Morey (Tracey) of Savannah; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. The memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 4, 2022, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Clark officiating. Bill's interment will be private.
