Will Scrimpsher, age 51, passed away at home on the afternoon of Saturday, November 2, 2019.
Will was born in San Antonio, Texas on November 29, 1967, to the late Frank and Marion Scrimpsher. He worked as an electrician for over 30 years at Metro Power, formerly Macon Power. In his leisure time, Will loved fishing and was very skilled with his hands; he could fix and build anything. He was also a dedicated family man whose family always came first and foremost.
Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 30 years, Gloria Scrimpsher; children, Nicole Pittman, Christopher Ward (Daphne), Heather Ward, William Cody Scrimpsher, and Katherine Scrimpsher; grandchildren, Michael Brady, Elaina Clanton, Kaden Toliver, Alon Scrimpsher, and Hyriah Scrimpsher; brothers, Edward Scrimpsher and Jeff Scrimpsher; sister, Billie Huff; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 6, 2019, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2019, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest in Magnolia Park Cemetery after the service.
