Willie “Bud” Talmadge Reynolds, Jr.

Willie "Bud" Talmadge Reynolds, Jr. passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the age of 66. Born on January 30, 1958, in Hawkinsville, Georgia, Bud was the cherished son of the late Willie Talmadge Reynolds, Sr. and Catherine Laidler Rozar.

Bud dedicated over three decades to serving as a civilian lead in sheet metal on Robins Air Force Base. His commitment and expertise were evident in the numerous awards and recognitions he received before his well-deserved retirement.

Among his favorite pastimes, Bud took delight in fishing, camping, and tending to his garden. However, his greatest joy came from spending time with his beloved family, particularly his wife and children. Bud cherished every moment shared with them and had a particular fondness for his wife’s “Miss Debbie's” cooking!

In addition to his parents, Bud was preceded in death by his beloved dogs, “Budman,” “B.J.,” and “Honey.”

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving wife of 40 years, Debbie Reynolds; children, Dusty Reynolds (Joy), Kristi Richardson; stepchildren, Melissa Colson (Barry), Chris Dollar (Maria Woods); 13 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; his brother, George Roe Reynolds (Kathy); stepbrother, Richard Greer (Kelly); eight cousins; as well as several nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, May 28, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.   A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home.  Afterward, Willie “Bud” Talmadge Reynolds, Jr.  will be laid to rest in Parkway Memorial Gardens.
