Xavier James Santos, 1, entered into rest on Monday, March 6, 2023.

Xavier James was born on April 27, 2021, in Portsmouth, Virginia to Robert and Autumn Santos. Xavier James was a bright, happy, and healthy baby boy. He was so full of life and spirit. He was fearless and brave. He loved any and everything that he could do with his daddy. He loved cars and sports balls. He loved watching and pretending to wrestle with his daddy. Xavier James loved the water and playing. He was such a boy; wild and free. He was and is so very well loved. He was and remains our entire world.

His memory will forever be treasured by his loving parents, Robert John and Autumn Marie Santos; his grandparents, Mary Louisa Villalobos, Nicolas Alvear, Rick & Becky Patterson, Margarito Linares, and Karina Linares; great-grandparents, Bill & Diane Hazen; godparents, Jimmy & Jessica Hill; and aunts and uncles, Michael Scott Santos, Aaron Linares, Sarah Santos, Gerald Villalobos, Augi Villalobos, Naomi Villalobos, Mary (Nena) Villalobos, Gabriel Villalobos, Alexis Santos, Adrian Hoopes, Michelle Closser, Shawn Patterson, Ryan Patterson, Tyler Cramer, Karina Linares, and Yamileth Linares.

A memorial gathering will be Saturday, March 18, 2023, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home.
