Zion Javannah Fields, born on July 19, 2004, peacefully entered into rest on June 24, 2024. Born and raised in Macon, Georgia, Zion was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend whose life touched many hearts.

Zion graduated from Rutland High School in 2022 as a Dual Enrollment student, excelling in Cosmetology and Barbering. Her creative talent shone brightly, earning her first place for nail designs during her cosmetology studies. Passionate about the arts, Zion thrived on stage, acting in plays such as "The Rise, Fall and Redemption of Jerry Anderson " and "The Crew," alongside cherished colleagues Steve Little and LaNita King.

Her love for children was evident in her career path, beginning at the day care of Christ Church in Macon before continuing to serve at various day cares in the middle Georgia area. Zion was known for her warm spirit and infectious energy, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of many children whom she loved dearly.

A dedicated member of True Gospel Christian Church, Zion actively contributed to the media ministry. She briefly attended Middle Georgia State University before relocating to Atlanta, where she continued her passion for childcare.

Zion will be remembered for her radiant smile, bubbly personality, and unwavering kindness.

She was preceded in death by her father, Zondullius Reynolds, Sr.; grandfather, Jimmy Lee Fields; and uncle, Derrick Fields.

She is survived by her loving mother, Jimitria Fields; siblings, Marcus Case, Zonesha Reynolds, Zonekia Reynolds Bailey, Jarneka Jackson, Zondullius Reynolds, Jr., Zayden Reynolds, Zomary Reynolds, and Zyir Hill; grandmother, Octavia Judd (Jeremiah); great-grandmother, Mary Hudson; uncle, Carlos Reynolds (Shandrea); aunt, Cu'Tis Miller (Everett Miller); bonus mom, Sherika Reynolds; and a host of other beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends who cherished her deeply.

Zion's life was a testament to love, compassion, and dedication to others. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.

Family will greet friends during a visitation on Wednesday, July 3, 2024 from 11:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. at McCullough Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation in the chapel at McCullough Funeral Home. Zion will be laid to rest at 3:30 p.m. at Macon Memorial Park.
