McCullough Funeral Home has been family-owned and operated and serving Houston and the surrounding counties for nearly 80 years. From the late Jimmy McCullough, to his sister Carol McCullough McNeal, and now her son, owner Michael McNeal - we have been family through and through for generations. We are proud to provide the very best in service, facilities, and value. We have a team that is unrivaled in passion for serving the families who grant us this privilege. At McCullough Funeral Home, we believe the long-term success of any business requires dedication and adherence to certain values and a code of professionalism that is shared by every member of the team. We can say without hesitation that our people are our greatest asset. Our shared mission of service and putting families first is what allows us to stand out in our field.

No matter what type of service your family prefers, we will meet your needs on every level. Simple, unique, traditional, unconventional...we offer any service type you can imagine. We create experiences that honor your loved one, your relationships, and the memories that you want to share. Kindness, compassion, and attention to detail ensure that as you begin this journey, you won’t feel alone. Afterward, our Seasons of Hope grief support programs are available to continue providing encouragement and fellowship. An important thing to note is that we can and will work with any budgetary concerns; no one has been or will ever be turned away due to financial hardship. Period. You should feel free to discuss openly any issues you may have. Simply put: we will do what is needed to serve you and honor your loved one with dignity, no matter your situation. That's a guarantee.

Although we are involved with loss and death on a daily basis, we never forget that completing the arrangements for any type of funeral service is a serious task that most people are only directly responsible for a few times in their life. The funeral directors and staff at McCullough are well-versed in the traditions of many various faiths, ethnic backgrounds, and military traditions. We provide our families with a full time staff-member who will take care of the maze of paperwork involved with insurance, retirement, civil service, pensions, and government or veteran’s benefits. She will work with you until it is all settled, and at no cost to you. We have funeral directors and Family Service Counselors who will assist you in making pre-arrangements, funded or unfunded, if you should wish to do so. This can be a great gift and ensure your wishes are clear and known. We want to be a help to our families; not just during a loss, but also before and afterward. If you have any need with which we can possibly assist, please let us. If you are unsure if we can help, just ask.

If you don't find your answer here on our site, contact us by e-mail or phone at 478-953-1478, and we will find an answer. We view ourselves as far more than a funeral home but as a resource for this amazing community we call home.
